The story of FENIX began in 2005 and since then, we have come a long way in the HR field.
In 2012, I decided to establish a Recruitment company that would not treat people as a commodity. A company where the highest values would be open communication and professionalism combined with a personal approach. Thanks to this strategy, we have been able to achieve great business success and have provided jobs for almost 700 people.
In 2018, I came up with the idea of elevating simple Recruitment to Executive Search. I wanted to evaluate our experience, knowledge and network of contacts in many fields.
Today, FENIX is a Executive Search company that has earned a reputation for delivering meaningful and lasting results for its clients, with a professional and fair approach to solving challenging Recruitment needs.
